Saigon - Hiep Phuoc port project (phase 1) is located on Soai Rap river, Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City with an area of 54 hectares (including 16.8 hectares of Hiep Phuoc logistics service area project). The total port investment capital is 2,735 billion VND, expected to be completed in 2011. The port is built with 3 800m long wharves and 2 pontoon berths allowing ships from 30,000 DWT (tons) to 50,000 DWT.
